Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 16 oz. can cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Beat eggs until foamy
  3. Beat in remaining ingredients
  4. Pour into 8 inch square cooking sprayed baking dish
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
