Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 stick cold butter, cut into 12 pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease 12 muffin cups
  3. Combine flour, sugar, powder in large bowl. cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Combine egg, milk and vanilla in small bowl. stir into flour fixture until just blended.
  5. Stir broken cookies into batter.
  6. Spoon into muffin cups
  7. Bake 12 minutes or until done
