Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Add flour and stir well.
  3. Spread half the batter into a greased (18 by 13 ) jelly roll pan.
  4. Spread pie filling on top of batter.
  5. Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls on of pie filling layer.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
