Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute' the peas, green onion, parsley in 2 T. butter for 2 minutes.
  2. Season with the sugar & pepper & stir lightly.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover & simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the lettuce & simmer, covered, for 2 more minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add the chives & remaining 2 T. butter; cover until butter has melted.
  7. Toss lightly before serving.
  8. ENJOY!
