Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour 9 inch square baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl stir flour, baking powder, and salt to mix well; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat eggs and vanilla in thoroughly. Reduce speed to low; beat in flour mixture just until blended. Fold in coconut, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly; bake 25 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on wire rack; cut into 4 x 1 1/4 inch bars to serve.
