Let's Do the Congo With Molly and Her Congo Squares

Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup shortening, melted (1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine)
  • 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz) package chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put in greased jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides)
  2. Bake 350 for 15 min or until lightly browned.
