Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak greens and thoroughly clean remove stems and tear in to bite size pieces
  2. Add smoked turkey leg, greens, hot sauce, and vinegar to crock pot
  3. Cover with water
  4. Turn pot on high and let cook for 6-8 hours.
  5. Pull meat off the bone when finished cooking
  6. Taste throughout to check for seasoning.
  7. I like my greens with some heat so i'll pump up the hot sauce
  8. If greens still taste bitter, add a little more vinegar.
