Coffee Nut Macaroons  Disappearing Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
  2. Mix sugar and coffee; gradually add to egg whites, beating constantly until blended.
  3. Fold in nuts and vanilla.
  4. Drop by tsp. onto greased sheets at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Makes 48 cookies.
