Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You could vary the ice cream using chocolate, vanilla, coffee, butter pecan or whatever your favorite is. You could also vary the add-in, instead of peanut butter use the same amount of chocolate syrup, caramel ice cream topping or even a couple of Oreo cookies (broken in half first-so they break up easier).
