Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Dissolve coffee and suger in the hot water
  2. 2. Pour into a bowl. Add the vanilla essence and milk
  3. 3. Stir it all well
  4. 4. Chill in the fridge untill it's very cold
  5. 5. Whisk untill it's foamy
  6. 6. Put a scoop of ice-cream into 6 tall glasses
  7. 7. Fill each glass with mixture
  8. 8. Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder. Pop in a straw and serve
