Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients.
  2. Pour into small popsicle molds or 3-ounce paper cups; insert wooden popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze several hours, or until firm.
