Ingredients:

  • 5 lb mussels
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp curry paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pot, add curry paste, tomatos,
  2. Green onions and coconut milk,
  3. Bring to a boil add mussels,cook for 6 min. or till they open.
  4. THIS IS GOOD WITH CRUSTY BREAD.
