Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wrap potatoes in foil.
  2. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Cut lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out 3/4 into bowl.
  6. Add all other ingredients except cheese.
  7. Refill potatoes.
  8. Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
  9. Broil just until melted.
