Directions:

  1. Coat crockpot with butter. Add sliced potatoes. Mix cheddar cheese with potatoes. In a separate bowl, combine soup, sour cream, onion and 1/4 cup melted butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mixture to potatoes and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle stuffing mix over potatoes and add melted butter. Cook 8 hours on low or until potatoes are tender.
