Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup. butter-melted
  • 11/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup. bisquick
  • 1 cup. coconut

Directions:

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend at lowest speed for 3 mins.
  2. Let stand 5 mins.
  3. Grease pie pan. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle coconut on top
  4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
