Ingredients:

  • 1 package(18.25oz) white cake mix
  • 1 can(13.5oz) lite coconut milk
  • 2cup thawed frozen lite whipped topping
  • kiwi and orange slices,optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 baking pan with foil;coat with cooking spray. On high speed,beat cake mix,coconut milk,egg whites and extract till thickened and fluffy,1 min. Spread in pan. Bake 30-35 mins or till toohpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on rack 30 mins. Transfer from pan to rack;remove foil;cool. Spread with topping;sprinkle with coconut. If desired,garnish with fruit.
