Coconut And Chocolate Flapjack Balls

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of oats ( soaked )
  • 1 cup of desicated coconut
  • 250 g of 70% coco chocolate
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup of sultanas

Directions:

  1. Melt the chocolate and half the butter in a Bon Marie
  2. In a sauce pan melt the remaining with the agave nectar.
  3. Add all ingredients except the chocolate and coconut to the butter and agave syrup.
  4. Roll saucepan mix into balls
  5. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and roll in coconut
  6. Chill for 2-4 hrs
