Ingredients:

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry till golden brown.
  2. 2. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute for few seconds.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and salt. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add corn starch and bring it to a boil.
  5. 5. Now add the idlis and mix so as to coat it well with the sauce.
  6. 6. Serve hot garnished with cilantro or green onion.
