Cobbler Made With Bisquick Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups bisquick
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Grease 1.5-quart casserole. Heat pie filling to boiling in 1-quart saucepan.
  3. Pour into casserole. Stir remaining ingredients until dough forms.
  4. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto hot pie filling; sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar if desired.
  5. Bake about 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  6. 6 servings.
