Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan set over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté onions and green pepper for 5 minutes.
  3. Add beef to the pan.
  4. Cook, stirring until browned, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Drain off fat.
  6. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  8. Serve on sandwich buns.
