Directions:

  1. Combine parsnips,orange juice,water,1/2 tsp salt and butter in 4 qt. saucepan
  2. Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to med. Cover;cook 18 to 20 mins or till tender and glazed ,stirring
  3. Stir in 1/4 tsp salt ,pepper. Top with chopped tarragon leaves
