Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Follow the instructions on the instant pudding packet.
  2. Take pudding and mix into it ALL of the lemon juice, MOST of your lemon and orange peel. (Before this step grate with a cheese grater.)
  3. Pour pudding-peel mixture into the pie crust. Be as neat as possible.
  4. Put in fridge for at least an hour.
  5. Take out of fridge and sprinkle the rest of your peels on top of thickened pudding mixture.
  6. Cover the out side rcrust of the pie with ready whip cream.
  7. If you added shaved white choclate sprinkle that over pie.
