Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegar,both zests, rosemary and fennel in a bowl.
  2. Add olives, cover, marinate for 1 hour or more.
  3. Before serving add red pepper strips.
  4. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon& orange wedges.
