Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Stir 1/2 tsp of salt int the lemon juice until dissolved.
  2. Slowly beat in the oil a little at a time.
  3. Season to taste with ground white pepper.
  4. Toss dressing with prepared vegetables.
