  1. Place bread cubes in a large zip-top plastic bag; add melted butter. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Combine sugar and cinnamon; add to bag, reseal, and toss well. Arrange cubes on an ungreased baking sheet or jellyroll pan. Bake at 325°, stirring occasionally, for 28 minutes or until crisp and dry.
