Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 5 tsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease and flour a rectangular baking pan.
  2. Beat brown sugar, butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except raisins, nuts and glaze then stir in raisins and nuts.
  4. Combine glaze ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread batter in pan then bake 20 minutes and drizzle with glaze while warm.
  6. Let cool then cut into squares.
