Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp oil

Directions:

  1. Core and peel the apples.
  2. Cut each apple into about 10 wedges.
  3. Toss the apples with the sugar, cinnamon, thyme, and salt.
  4. Heat the oil in a non stick skillet.
  5. Saute the apples over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes, until the apples soften but still retain their shape. Add 2 tablespoons of water if softer apples are desired.
