Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour, butter and brown sugar together with a fork. Form a ball with the dough and let rest for at least one hour.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 300°F.
  3. Make little balls of dough and place them on a greased cookie sheet. (you can shape them before cooking).
  4. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. While they are still warm, sprinkle them with the cinammon and confectionary sugar.
  6. Enjoy.
