Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Note: There's no salt in this recipe.
  2. Using a blender, grind the oatmeal until it turns to powder.
  3. Cream together; the butter and sugars.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla and maple extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the oatmeal, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  6. Add the chips and pecans.
  7. Drop by tablespoons, 2-inches apart, onto an ungreased baking sheet (I use a Sil-pat).
  8. Bake at 400° for about 7 minutes.
