Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and baking powder together.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar and milk together.
  3. Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
  4. Add rinds and juices. Fold in apples, raisins and pecans.
  5. Heat oil in fry daddy or deep fryer. Drop batter by Tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels until cooled.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or make a glaze of powered sugar and milk and drizzle over cooled balls.
