Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove sausage from casing and crumble in to frying pan. Cook over medium heat until cooked thoroughly (approximately 10 minutes).
  2. Meanwhile, layer chips in 9x13 pan. Pour cooked chorizo over the top. Spread cheese over top.
  3. Place in preheated 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
