Directions:

  2. Cup basmati rice, uncooked* (or other grain)
  3. Cups water
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt (if desired)
  5. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  6. Teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 1/2 teaspoon clove
  8. Cup vanilla soy milk (can substitute regular milk or almond milk)
  9. Tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
