Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 2/3 cups skim milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently, stirring constantly, for one minute.
  3. Pour into serving dishes and chill until thickened.
