Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (12 oz) package chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg together Press or roll into a 10x7 ungreased pan Bake at 325 for 20 min.
  2. Immediately remove from oven, sprinkle chips on top, cover with aluminum foil and let the chips melt (about 5 minutes) Remove the foil and spread the chocolate evenly over the top Allow to cool and cut into bars.
