Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix baking mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla in medium bowl until dough forms. Shape into ball, knead 10 times.
  3. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick on surface dusted with baking mix. Cut with 2 1/2 doughnut cutter. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 8 minutes or until set. Cool slightly. Glaze with your favorite glaze.
