Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Stir in yogurt, milk and vanilla.
  3. Mix just until combined.
  4. Spray 12 sections in the muffin tin with pam.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
