Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine cocoa and sugar in saucepan.
  2. Add milk, butter and salt.
  3. Bring almost to a simmer, and cook, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add vanilla and lemon juice, and stir until well combined.
  6. Serve hot or cold over ice cream or other desserts.
