Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pudding according to package directions.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in cake mix; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over the top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Cut and serve.
