Chocolate Cherry Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 5 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (10 oz) loaf stale french bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (7 cups)

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 325°.
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix together eggs, chocolate milk and almond extract until blended.
  4. Add the bread cubes and mix by hand until moistened.
  5. Fold in cherries.
  6. Pour into baking dish and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve warm.
