Chocolate Butterscotch Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set aside 2 Tbsp of the butter for filling.
  2. Beat rest of butter and brown sugar with electric mixer.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Slowly add flour, baking soda and oats.
  5. Spread 2/3 of mixture into 9X13 baking pan.
  6. Melt reserved 2 Tbsp butter with sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch and chocolate chips.
  7. Stir over low heat until melted.
  8. Add 3/4 cup of nuts.
  9. Spread over top of oatmeal mixture.
  10. Sprinkle the other 1/3 of oatmeal mixture on top of chocolate-butterscotch mixture.
  11. Sprinkle remainder of nuts on top of oatmeal mixture.
  12. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
