Chocolate Buttermilk Sheet Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour cake ingredient
  • 2 cup sugar cake ingredient
  • 1 stick margarine cake ingredient
  • 4 tbsp hersey coco cake ingredient
  • 1 cup water cake ingredient
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk cake ingredient
  • 1 tsp baking soda cake ingredient
  • 2 eggs cake ingredient
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract cake ingredient
  • 4 tbsp hersey coco frosting

Directions:

  1. Mix in a Bowl and set to the side:
  2. Cups Flour
  3. Cups Sugar
  4. In a Saucepan Mix and Bring to a Boil:
  5. Stick Margarine
  6. Tablespoonss Hersey Coco
  7. Cup Water
  8. Pour over Flour and Sugar Mixture and mix well.
  9. ADD:
  10. /2 Cup Buttermilk
  11. Eggs
  12. Teaspoon Vanilla
  13. Teaspoon Baking Soda
  14. Mix well and bbake for 20 Minutes 400 Degrees
  15. Frosting:
  16. In a Saucepan mix following ingredients and bring to a boil:
  17. Stick Margarine
  18. Tablespoons Hersey Coco
  19. Tablespoons Buttermilk
  20. Slowly Add:
  21. Powdered Sugar and Vanilla extract
  22. Mix together until smooth and pour evenly over warm cake
  23. Let cool
  24. Serves 8
