Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a square cake pan with shortening
  3. Melt margerine and place in a large mixing bowl
  4. Bleand cocoa into melted margerine
  5. Beat in eggs and brown sugar.
  6. Stir in vanilla
  7. In medium bowl, sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
  8. Add dry ingredients gradually to first mixture, stir in well
  9. Stir in chopped walnuts
  10. Pour in pan
  11. Bake for 20 minutes
