Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup espresso
  • 3/4 cup skim milk or 3/4 cup soymilk
  • 3 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp banana extract
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Dissolve splenda in hot espresso and add extracts. Chill until it reaches room temperature.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Place ice, coffee, and cocoa in blender and mix until drink is smooth.
