Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain oranges and pineapple, reserving liquid.
  2. Set fruit aside.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in hot tea, add reserved fruit juices (if necessary, add orange juice to fruit juices to equal one cup).
  4. Chill until the consistency of egg whites.
  5. Stir in oranges and pineapple.
  6. Pour mixture into a 4-cup mold.
  7. Chill several hours.
  8. Combine dressing ingredients. Unmold salad onto a bed of lettuce and serve with dressing.
