Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and trim snow peas.
  2. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water to cover them.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside.
  4. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Drain in colander, rinse with cold water and set aside.
  6. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat.
  7. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar.
  8. Pour this dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  9. Chill before serving.
