Ingredients:

  • 5 stalks celery (about same amount as onions)
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (3 oz) can chinese noodles

Directions:

  1. Brown meat, add onions & celery.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except noodles).
  3. Place in greased casserole & cover.
  4. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
  5. Remove cover, bake 30 minutes more.
  6. Cover with noodles - bake 15 minutes more.
