Directions:

  1. Stir together broth, cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in shrimps, cucumber and dill.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
  4. Makes 6 cups, or 4 main-dish servings.
