Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate cheeses.
  2. Whisk milk and eggs and gradually add flour.
  3. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  4. Spray or grease a casserole dish.
  5. Preheat oven.
  6. Layer cheeses and chiles.
  7. Pour the liquid over the finished layers.
  8. Bake at 375F for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions, tomatos, pico de gallo,
  10. Salsa, sour cream, etc... Depending on your tastes and/or your guests.
  11. If serving for brunch this can be prepared the night before.
  12. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
