Directions:

  1. In heavy skillet, heat 1 T oil. Add garlic and onion and cook 2-3 mins or until soft. Add beef, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up beef with fork. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brush dough with oil.
  3. Spread ground beef mixture over dough. Spread cheese over beef mixture.
  4. Bake 5-10 mins.
  5. Remove from oven. Top with sour cream garnish and green onions, tomato, and coriander.
