Ingredients:

  • 1 cup celery
  • 3 cup onion
  • 1 cup red pepper
  • 32 oz tomatoes
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Saute celery for 3 minutes
  2. Add onions and red peppers and saute for about 3 more minutes.
  3. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
